A special rate for hotel accommodation has been arranged at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel, Wetherby.

When booking accommodation, guests will be required to guarantee their booking.  This can be done over the phone by a credit card number (no charge taken) or in writing by e-mail, fax or letter.  Should anyone need to cancel their room, they can cancel up to 12 noon on the day of arrival and this will not incur any charges.  Late cancellation or non-arrival will mean the first nights accommodation charge would apply. 

Arrival to the hotel is from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival.  Early arrivals are available for a supplementary charge of £20.00 per room should this be needed.  This will offer guests access to their room at 12 noon instead of the standard 2pm.  Guests will be tried to be accommodated if they arrive early in their allocated bedroom.  However, if their room is not available then a suitable alternative would be made available.  Check out is by 12 noon.

Please try to reserve your accommodation one month prior to the event at the latest because once all accommodation has been sold or if anyone wishes to reserve a room after this date, rooms will be on a request basis only.
