This idea for this page is to provide a list of important and useful phone numbers, related to everyday biking, HOG and Harley matters that may benefit all of us. Not shopping or recommendations for work but information that is related to our continued welfare and safe biking: both within and outside HOG. for reporting problems with road conditions to Leeds City Council.
Note: I recently contacted Leeds City Council with regards to a very dangerous
section of road on the anticlockwise section of the Northern Ring road,
just as you approached Wetherby roundabout ( opposite the bus stop - crossgates
bound ). The promise was that the road would be inspected then repaired
- this was a bad bit of road, the surface was pushed towards the centre
of the two lanes resulting in a 4 inch to 6 inch ridge, the danger being
that you could not easily spot it because there was no variation in colour.
Anyway the road was marked up for repair after only a couple of days and was fixed last Sunday - So this number did provide speedy results. |
